3. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Automated scraping requires written permission.
4. Information accuracy
Product specifications, certifications and capacities are provided in good faith and may evolve. Binding commercial terms are agreed in writing per project.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by Spanish law, Boffco Pet S.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia.
