Data you submit through contact and partnership forms (name, company, email, message) and limited technical data from your browser (IP, device, referrer) for security and analytics.
3. Why we use it
To reply to business enquiries, manage manufacturing and distribution relationships, and improve the website. We do not sell personal data and do not run advertising profiling.
4. Legal basis
Your consent (forms), performance of a contract (B2B relationships) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept up to 24 months. Contractual data is kept as required by Spanish commercial and tax law (typically 6 years).
6. Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us operate (hosting, email, analytics) under written agreements, and with authorities when legally required. No transfers outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
